As a father and son team, Mark and Stuart are unstoppable in achieving their mission to help Australians achieve great Cashflow, and replace their working income using property as an investment vehicle.
Mark Baker is widely regarded as one of the most knowledgeable people in Australia when it comes to affordable housing legislation across the country and is regularly involved in consultation with State Government.
Mark's Super Cashflow journey began in 2011, when he broke his leg in a sports training accident. At the same time his injury happened, his wife Amanda was also diagnosed with breast cancer. Talk about a rough year.
They both owned a successful mobile phone business at this time, and had always been property investors since they were in their early 20s, however, they quickly realised that without the ability of being able to run their business, there was not going to be enough Cashflow coming in.
A lot of research was done at this stage to find a solution that could create more passive income. This included a lot of fun night time reading such as state-wide Planning Schemes, the National Construction Code, Health and Safety Acts, etc., when Mark came across a simple yet so powerful concept of developing Studio Apartments at a much faster rate.
Luckily, a lot of the existing properties in Mark's portfolio were suitable for this development style, so with the help of his son Stuart, they developed a few, rented out the Studios, and watched the Cashflow come in.
These first deals have snowballed into the creation of Super Cashflow Developments, Mark and Stuart's company specialising in the development of high yielding real estate, using the learnings of 8+ years in the Property Development industry to provide a streamlined process and high level expertise to ensure high returns for investors.
